NPG Wealth Management is a Luxembourg-based group of wealth management companies owned and controlled by NPG Wealth Management S.à.r.l. Our group is a leading Luxembourg-based life insurance company. We target wealthy private clients whom we reach through intermediaries, such as investment advisers, family offices and private banks.

As at the end of June 2009, we served some 50,000 clients in ten countries and employed close to 400 people throughout Europe. We managed some 3.9 billion EUR in insurance assets and control another 1.5 billion EUR in assets in the financial planning business. Our income is derived from fees for managing assets and distributing products.

The Group has been assembled since late 2006 through a series of acquisitions of companies with a much longer trading history, the oldest of which was founded in 1966 making it one of the oldest cross-border life insurers based in Luxembourg.

NPG Wealth Management is comprised of two key business units:

• Wealth Management Solutions: We offer fund-based investment products in the form of unit-linked life assurance policies. We write new sales through life insurance companies operating in Luxembourg, Gibraltar and Bermuda.
• Financial Planning: Through specialized entities and in specific markets, financial advice is offered to private clients, using investment and insurance products. The product range covers proprietary and external investment solutions, retirement provision, insurance policies of all kinds and mortgages.
