Board of Directors
NPG Wealth Management S.à.r.l is managed by a Board of Directors (»Conseil de gérance«) comprised of three members:

Hendrik Herman (Henk) Raué (Non-Executive Director)



Henk is a member of the Executive Board of Delta Lloyd Group, where he has had a distinguished career. He was Chairman and CEO of a joint venture between ABN Amro and Delta Lloyd and has held leading management positions in units of the Delta Lloyd Group, including non-life, life and asset management. Henk studied Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Science in Eindhoven and Electronics at the University of Applied Science (HTS) in Zwolle (both in the Netherlands). He also completed an Advanced Management Program at Wharton School (USA). Henk is married.


Sally A. Rocker (Non-executive Director)



Sally is a Managing Director at J.C. Flowers in New York. Before taking over this position, she worked for several law firms where she represented corporate and individual clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and venture capital transactions. She worked for O’Sullivan Graev & Karabell LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, both in New York, as well as for Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati LLP in Palo Alto. Sally started out her career as a Financial Analyst and has a BA in Humanities from Brown University, an MBA from Yale University and a J.D. from Stanford University. She is married and has two children.


Thierry Porté (Executive Director)



Thierry has been managing the operating business of NPG Wealth Management as Group CEO since December 2009. Before that, he was an Operating Partner of J.C. Flowers in New York. Thierry previously worked at Shinsei Bank, Ltd., Tokyo, where he served as Vice Chairman (2003-2005) and President and Chief Executive Officer (2005-2008). From 1982-2003, he served in various capacities at Morgan Stanley in New York, London and Tokyo, including President and Branch Manager of Morgan Stanley Japan (1995-2003). Thierry holds an A.B., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in Economics from Harvard and an M.B.A. with high honors from Harvard Business School. He is married and has three children.
