NPG Wealth Management provides sophisticated private client solutions to the wealth management industry

Luxembourg – NPG Wealth Management will not proceed with the acquisition of MassMutual Europe S.A. (“MME“).

"We regret that we cannot complete the acquisition of MME as planned. We will dedicate our efforts to other projects", said Thierry Porté, the newly appointed CEO of NPG Wealth Management. "We are continuing to follow our strategy of growing the business, by both acquisitions and through organic growth. Despite the financial markets turmoil in 2009, we have achieved good results."
